Here’s what you need to know:

1) Adopt a new model:

Like a lot of businesses, when the pandemic hit a lot of these Agency’s lost their shorts. Because of that the grounds were setup for 1 of 2 things to happen…

Option 1: Innovate and find new ways to help your docs get results. (That’s what a few of us did)

Option 2: Come up with a “New Guarantee”… a “Hey, we’re in this with you…” approach.

When all the while they know…

2) You do pay BIG up-front costs!

In most cases these folks are charging setup fees into the thousands!

In fact, I know of one such company that was charging 5K to setup an account… And what’s even crazier…

PEOPLE WERE PAYING FOR IT!

So sure, they may not charge an up front retainer, but don’t think for a second they are in this thing because they care, or because they are invested in your results, or any of that B.S.

Which leads me to #3.

3) Your Ad Spend is not their problem…

So the big one here is your ad spend. If you don’t know, you’re still required to pay for your Ads to run which makes sense. But here’s what they don’t tell you…

Whether your lead costs $20 or $200 does not matter to them! Even if they tell you that would never do that.. (I’ve heard stories)

You still pay the lead costs, then you pay them another $109 when the chat bot gets a person to come in for their appointment.

This can take your marketing costs well above what they ever were before.

So be careful.

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO?

I’ve never been the kind of person to listen to what everyone else is doing…

I only listen to my customers… ONLY!
