If I could convey ONE CONCEPT that by itself could change the way you advertise and turn you into a “Patient Getting Machine”…

That concept would be…


Now you’ve most likely NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE…

In fact, the person you pay to run your ads doesn’t know this either.

But it’s the most important thing to understand if you want to explode your Practice.

And I think that after you read this short experience I had, you’ll understand exactly how it works.

About 2 weeks ago I got a cancellation request from a new user (yes, we do have cancellations from time to time)

“This is just like everything else I’ve tried! I’m paying money, and it just doesn’t work”

…He’d worked himself into a bit of a frenzy by this point, and for good reason…

I mean, how many Docs have been promised the moon only to reach the toilet???

I understand!

…Now back to the story.

“Ok Doc, let me make sure I understand what’s going on… You started the campaign a week ago, it’s gotten 4 leads, and the ad cost is way to high?” I asked

“Yes, this is just like everything else out there” he said.

“I understand, and sorry for the frustration. Why don’t we do this… Let’s pick another offer we have and see if that works any better… Would you be willing to try that” I asked.

He was a bit reluctant, but decided to give it a shot.

So, he clicked his next campaign…
Spent the 30 seconds to it setup…
And his Ads started to run….


His new campaign started to bring in a couple of nicely priced leads every… single… day.

So here’s a logical question…


Well some fancy-pants agency folk might say BS like:

“Oh, we just used a new “targeting” method we’ve been testing…”
Or maybe “We went with a more advanced ad set approach and changed our scaling blah blah blah…”

All of these are lies.

Plane and simple.

So, what the hell happened.

Well, the thing that no other agency will ever admit is this.

The ONLY thing that matters ARE… YOUR… INITIAL CONDITIONS!


Initial conditions defined: Initial conditions are the snap judgments made by Facebooks algorithm in regard to your Creative (Ad & Ad Copy), your bid placement (how much you’re willing to spend), and your audience (who your Ads are shown to).
Or in other words…

Facebook decides whether or not it likes your Ad, and then they serve up your ad to either the good folks in your audience…

Or the stinky ones.


That Doc was about to bail on Patient Stream because he didn’t understand the nature of Facebook Ads… But now he’s crushing it!!!

And it’s the same guy! Same location!

So, if you want to fill your Practice with new patients every week you need a pipeline full of qualified prospects.
