- Have a scripted process for every new person who comes in the practice.
- Are happy to give up money today, for much more money tomorrow and beyond (playin Chess)
- Hold Staff Training 1-3 times a week.
- Offer Core Services PLUS Niched Solutions
(allowing you to both market and cross-promote) - Has a PVA over 25.
(Just to name a few here!)
